General conditions of sale The customer placing an order declares that he has seen all the indications provided to him during the purchase procedure and that he fully accepts the general and payment conditions. If the Customer is a consumer, i.e. a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, once the online purchase procedure has been completed he will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of art. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185 of 22/05/1999 on distance selling. Any right of the Customer to damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property, caused by the failure, even partial, to accept an order. Payments In the case of purchase of the goods with credit card payment method, the transaction can take place through PayPal. At no time during the purchase process curvyvanitose.it is it able to know the information related to the buyer's credit card, transmitted via a secure connection directly to the PayPal site that manages the transaction. No computer archive of curvyvanitose.it will retain such data therefore under no circumstances curvyvanitose.it can therefore be held responsible for any fraudulent and undue use of credit cards by third parties, when paying for purchasing products. Guarantees We guarantee that the products are free from defects. In the event that you find a defect in the products you must provide information as soon as possible and in any case within 8 days by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. We guarantee that the products comply with Italian and European Union (EU) complaints Any complaint must be addressed to info@curvyvanitose.it Applicable Law For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes deriving from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the seller's place of residence.
